Management Approach
The company provides standard health and safety for employees, a pleasant working environment, and adherence to labor law requirements throughout the organization and the supply chain. It establishes safety development goals, accident reduction goals, collects statistics on accidents, injuries, and fatalities, employee absenteeism rates, and organizes employee training to raise awareness and ability to manage such risks, such as providing knowledge on health care and good nutrition, as well as a safe working environment.

Accidents at work are primarily caused by driving vehicles, particularly motorcycles. This is a significant but also minor accident. In 2024, there were no workplace fatalities.
Occupational Safety and Health Measurements and Analyses
The company has had reliable external independent assessors to measure and analyze the concentrations of hazardous chemicals, heat, light, and noise within the premises. The results of the safety assessment fulfilled all of the standards.
GPS Tracking System Installation and Fleet Card
The company expresses safety measures by emphasizing on vehicle inspections and ensuring that employees strictly adhere to traffic laws and drive cautiously. The company has installed GPS in all of its vehicles (cars) to identify their location and route, and the system also controls the maximum speed of 120 kilometers per hour. However, some areas may have lower speed limits, the company requires employees to strictly comply to the speed limit signs that installed in each area to reduce the risk of accidents. The company additionally utilizes Fleet cards to monitor fuel consumption and driving behaviors.
Occupational Safety and Health Committee (OSH Committee)
The company prioritizes occupational safety, health, and the working environment by establishing a committee with the objective of promoting operations that prevent hazards, accidents, and occupational diseases. The meeting is scheduled once a month.
