Importance and Mission

The Company recognizes that sustainable business operations must go hand-in-hand with creating value for society and communities. Especially as a provider of credit to farmers and grassroots citizens, the Company aims to minimize negative impacts from its operations and generate positive impacts by promoting fair access to funding (Financial Inclusion) to elevate the quality of life and reduce financial inequality.
The Company operates under a Social Responsibility Policy, upholding the principles of human rights and fair treatment of stakeholders. It supports public interest activities and social development projects that align with the Company's business expertise.
Furthermore, the Company promotes access to services and financial literacy for customers, small entrepreneurs, and vulnerable groups to strengthen liquidity, financial security, and career opportunities comprehensively. This supports the sustainable growth of the grassroots economy, in line with the Increasing Financial Inclusion Policy1

Management Approach
The Company establishes management guidelines for social and community responsibility by integrating them into its sustainability strategy and core business operations. The Company focuses on creating social value through activities that align with community contexts and the Company's financial expertise. Simultaneously, it prioritizes stakeholder engagement, appropriate resource utilization, and the measurement of social impacts to ensure that operations yield concrete and sustainable results.
Implementation
- Branch Expansion: Continuously expand branches according to business opportunities to reach services comprehensively, covering every province where the Company has offices and neighboring provinces in all regions. Branch locations are selected in good areas near communities, making it convenient for customers and the public to visit, and prioritizing the hiring of local people to promote employment.
- Financial Access: Promote comprehensive access to financial services by delivering appropriate credit products to customers in local areas directly at their homes. The Company utilizes post-sales service technology by developing a modern, user-friendly, convenient, fast, and secure application that meets the needs of all user groups, 24 hours a day, via computers, tablets, and smartphones.
- Grassroots Occupational Loans: Provide loans to promote grassroots occupations for farmers and self-employed individuals to be used as working capital and to purchase agricultural equipment. This creates Indirect Economic Impacts for the local supply chain and develops additional credit products to cover the needs of customers and the public.
- Inclusive financial services: Provide financial services to promote access, including: vehicle registration-backed personal loans (car title loans), personal loans without vehicle registration (personal loans), nano finance, hire purchase loans, solar rooftop, solar air, and solar pump loans, land-backed loans and agricultural equipment loans.
- Financial Literacy: Promote financial knowledge for customers and the general public, enabling them to manage money and financial risks effectively.
- Debt Relief: Participate in assisting debtors according to the guidelines requested by government agencies and regulatory bodies in cases where they encounter financial problems or are affected by disasters, as appropriate.
- Community Development: Conduct social and community assistance activities in areas where the Company operates at least once per year, such as supporting community activities, providing relief to disaster victims, or promoting the quality of life for citizens.
Performance Summary
- Branch Expansion: The Company expanded by 50 branches, from 1,029 to 1,079, in 17 provinces (Uttaradit, Sukhothai, Kamphaeng Phet, Tak, Nakhon Sawan, Phichit, Phetchabun, Loei, Khon Kaen, Nong Khai, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Chaiyaphum, Lop Buri, Suphan Buri, and Kanchanaburi) to cover sub-districts and districts with capital needs. All branch staff are local residents or from neighboring provinces.
- Digital Access: Elevated digital credit access through the development of the Saksiam application for customers, allowing easy, convenient, fast, and secure access to credit service information 24 hours a day. This reduces the need to travel to branch offices for inquiries or payment, and provides notifications during loan approval and 7-day advance payment reminders. Additionally, customers receive an SMS confirmation every time a payment is made.
- Agricultural and Clean Energy Support: The Company provided agricultural equipment loans to 1,340 farmers, totaling 64,422,430 THB in principal. It also developed the "Solar Air" loan product, a new offering in 2025, to help customers reduce electricity costs and promote clean energy, with 20 customers receiving such services totaling 832,878 THB in principal.
- Inclusive Access: Communities and the public gained greater, fair, and appropriate access to financial services through existing and new branches opened in 2025, with 28,918 new contracts totaling 2,185,137,819 THB in principal, as detailed below:

- Financial Awareness: Promoted financial literacy and warned against financial fraud through social media and in front of branch offices to build economic immunity for consumers.
- Debt Restructuring: Provided measures for fair debt restructuring for customers facing financial problems or disaster impacts; in 2025, no customers requested such assistance.
- Clean Water Support: Supported clean drinking water for public benefit activities in cooperation with local government agencies near all branch office communities.
- Disaster Relief: Provided relief to employees and the public affected by flooding in Uttaradit and neighboring provinces.

- Public Health Project: Supported a community public health project promoting quality of life through a cataract surgery initiative in collaboration with Uttaradit Hospital from July 3–6, 2025.


- Blood Donation: Promoted health and society through the "Saksiam Joins Hearts to Donate Blood" activity for the Thai Red Cross Society. In 2025, one activity was held with 52 participating employees, donating 44 units of blood.
- Employment for People with Disabilities: Supported local employment for 27 individuals with disabilities to work in public benefit units in the community, such as Health Promoting Hospitals (Ror Por Sor tor), providing income and dignity to vulnerable groups.
- Social Innovation: Developed social innovation by launching the sustainability website https://sustainability.saksiam.com as a channel to disclose information and listen to opinions from various sectors transparently and accessibly.
- Transparent Communication: Communicated information openly and transparently by holding quarterly "Opportunity Day" activities and Annual General Meetings of Shareholders to communicate business directions focused on social and environmental responsibility to stakeholders.
